The MACTE conference offers many important and relevant presentations by your peers, a keynote speaker, along with networking opportunities, and valuable information pertaining to teacher preparation. It also provides the opportunity to connect with other stakeholders in our field, especially during these critical times of transition.
The conference will be two full days (instead of three as we have done in past years). There will be lunch and a plated dinner on Monday, along with a buffet breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, all included in your conference registration.
We will have time set aside for the deans to meet as well as assessment directors, field and clinical directors, and certification officers. In addition, we will have updates from the MEES forms workgroup and the MoTEP clinical partnerships subcommittee.

Keynote Speaker: Joe Du Fore, Owner of Newline Education. His public speaking topics are “helping teachers identify ways to incorporate technology, and working with schools to best integrate technologies into their classrooms.”

We recommend that members begin making hotel reservations as soon as possible. The room block and conference rate will be held until March 1, 2018.
Conference Registration: January 23rd- March 9th. A $25 late fee will apply after March 9th, 2018
