The Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education has published a letter outlining the new online testing option for the MEGA program. Additional details from DESE are included below.
We are excited to announce that MEGA test takers now have the option to register to take their exams in an online format. This means that candidates are no longer limited by testing center availability and will instead be able to take MEGA tests in a variety of locations and at flexible times.
For some tests, Pearson is now offering candidates the option to register for online testing and will begin to administer these tests online with remote proctoring during the week of Monday, October 12. This represents “Phase I” of the Pearson’s updates to the MEGA program. On Monday, November 2, registration for “Phase II” tests will be available. On Tuesday, December 1, the same option will become available for “Phase III” tests.
