The Associate Dean for Educator Preparation Programs works in cooperation with departments offering educator preparation programs and school leadership programs. The associate dean is engaged with these department in design and approval of curriculum, accreditation, and assessment, as well as field experiences. The associate dean supervises the director of field experiences and the certification officer. The associate dean is responsible for communication with external constituencies including P-12 partners and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
